Meet Helen Tang
Director | Psychologist
Helen is a Registered Psychologist and is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi). She is also an EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA) Accredited Practitioner and Board Approved Supervisor.
Her special interests are in working with Asian-Australians, trauma and anxiety disorders. She is passionate about helping people make sense of how their upbringing has shaped them so they can live the life they want, even if this means breaking the βmoldsβ they were provided.
